what we do & how you can be a part of it
Our chat moderators are engaged in text-based online chats, in one or more online social community platforms. Their objective is to animate those communities, stimulate conversations, and thereby cultivate long-lasting relationships. Creating an engaging and imaginative experience for customers is key to the success of this enterprise. Our chat moderators entertain customers, build rapport, and develop lasting relationships with customers by making the customer feel good about themselves.

Chat moderators working with Impact Solutions are provided with flexible, exciting, and uncomplicated opportunities to utilize their language and social skills and earn a reliable monthly income as independent freelance contractors with positions available either on a part-time or full-time basis!

Can I apply regardless of the country I'm living in?Absolutely! You can work from anywhere in the world as long as you have a PC or laptop, a stable internet connection and the ability to work in US timezone.

Do I have fixed working hours?Each moderator fills in a wish list indicating which shifts they prefer and if there are any particular days/times they cannot work. The shift schedule is created on this basis.

What equipment do I need for the job?You need a laptop or PC. Another requirement is a reliable internet connection as the job cannot be done without internet.

Do I have to pay any fees before I'm hired?No, absolutely not! We never have or ever will charge our moderators any fees, for any reason.

Do I have to be of particular gender in order to apply?Gender is of no relevance to the selection of applicants for the available positions.

When will I receive my payment and do I need a bank account?Payments are made within the first 10 business days of each month, for the work done in the previous month. Payments are currently only made in Crypto, but bank transfer and PayPal will be available soon.

Is the training mandatory and how is it carried out?Training is mandatory before you can start to work and earn. However, it will only require a few hours of your time and will take place online, in a fully automated way.

Do I have to plan my holiday well in advance?You can request vacation at any time, however, the earlier you submit your request the higher are the chances for it to be approved, as we need to consider all vacation requests in our shift planning.

Do you need a copy of my ID or passport?Yes, as we need to both confirm your identity and that you are over 18 years old.

Is my personal information safe with you?Yes, your information is 100% safe with us and will not be shared for any purpose. The data is only stored for our internal employee records.

Can I choose between a permanent position as an employee or a freelancer?For now it is only possible to work as an independent contractor (freelancer).

Will customers know my true identity?No, you don't have to reveal your identity to anyone. You remain completely anonymous to the customers.

Is there a notice period?The contract can be cancelled by both parties, effective on the last day of each month, with a prior notice of at least 15 days.

How will I receive / sign my contract?Once successfully passed our hiring process, you will receive your contract in a digital form through our online signing platform. You can then download the contract and print it out if you wish.

Why didn't I get an answer after submitting my application?Due to high volume of incoming applications, we are only able to get in touch with applicants who have been selected to proceed to the next stage of the process. If you have not received a response from us within 15 days of submitting your application, please consider that you have not been selected.
